On the 7th of June Spain reopened the borders for vaccinated travellers. People traveling from outside the European Union and the USA will be able to visit Spain provided they are fully vaccinated. 

The Prime MInister of Spain mentioned that the government expects 70% of international tourists to grow this year. Because of the pandemic there has been a significant drop in tourism during 2020 and beginning of 2021. 

If you are planning to visit Spain in 2021, please make sure your vaccine is an approved one and you have a proof of vaccination – it can be a digital document or a paper. 

The European Medicines Agency approved the following vaccines: 

•  Pfizer, 
• Moderna, 
• AstraZeneca, 
• Johnson & Johnson
