The authorities of Dubai decided to build a new resort to increase the number of foreign tourists. The target is to get 20 mln tourists coming each year to Dubai. There is no obstacle in order to reach this number. They are going to build 2 artificial islands and to spend USD 1.7 bln.

The new resort will appear not far from famous Buri Al Arab hotel and will be named Marsa AL Arab. The total area of both new islands will be about 40 000 m2.

One of the islands will be specialized in family rest. The second island will be the location for 140 luxury villas, and a harbor for boats and yachts.

They are going to start construction works already in June 2017 and plan to finish the works by the end of 2020.
